Our President and Lead Consultant has a somewhat broad range of experience and a diverse leadership and management background. This exposure to multiple leadership and management
situations has prepared him to address a variety of leadership and organizational topics. His experience is as follows: He has over 14 years of military leadership experience and has over 13 years of
military aviation experience. After completing military flight training in the mid-1990’s he has served as a multi-engine transport pilot as well as a military flight instructor. His management
responsibilities have included information security management, project management on a multi-million dollar technical networking project, logistics management, standardization, safety, and
operational risk management. His most recent experience has been heavily weighted in operations management. He has earned a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunications Management, with a
concentration in Project Management and has completed multiple professional development certification courses, including leadership facilitation through the University of North Texas Center for
Collaborative Studies and Program Management through Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, our president and lead consultant has also completed multiple military schools, including the U.S.
Navy’s School of Aviation Safety, which help to facilitate his leadership and management abilities.
